Craftech Expands Sales Team with the Addition of Industry Leader, Natalie Harder
Thursday October 2, 2008 – Natalie Harder has joined Craftech Restoration as the Account Manager for the Central and Eastern Massachusetts region. In this sales and marketing role, Natalie will communicate Craftech’s service solutions to companies in the insurance and property-related industries.
Ms. Harder brings over 7 years of industry experience to her position with Craftech. While she began her career as a claims specialist at a premier insurance carrier in Illinois, Natalie comes to Craftech most recently from a prominent temporary housing provider; one which services property insurance carriers nationwide. Moving up through the ranks over the last 6 years, Natalie has handled operations and marketing functions for the company. For the last 4 of those years, she has run the company’s Northeast Regional office in Boston, managing both sales and operations for the branch.
“I’m really excited to add her experience, talent, and personality to our team,” says Craftech’s President, Tom Smart. “Natalie really possesses the customer-focused approach we pride ourselves upon. Teamed up with our Business Manager, Erin Dermody, Natalie is sure to drive the type of organic relationship building that will achieve our goals for growth,” he adds.
