American Claims Management Expands Business Relationship With Starr Indemnity
San Diego, CA, 11/04/10 – American Claims Management, Inc. (ACM) announced an expansion in its business relationship with Starr Indemnity & Liability Company (Starr Indemnity), a wholly owned subsidiary of Starr International Company USA, Inc. Effective October 1, 2010, ACM began handling commercial general liability and commercial auto claims for Starr Indemnity’s Contractors Package Program written in California through Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc.
In connection with Starr Indemnity’s Contractors Package Program, ACM will be handling Starr Indemnity’s general liability and commercial auto claims, including under Starr Indemnity’s supervision and control, investigation, litigation management, subrogation/salvage, settlement recommendations, SIU and fraud analysis, together with certain related regulatory reporting and data management. “Our highly experienced commercial team of professionals has extensive knowledge in the efficient resolution of complex commercial claims and we look forward to expanding our partnership with Starr Indemnity,” said Scott Marshall, president of ACM.
