American Claims Management Announces New Business Relationship with Zurich

San Diego, CA 12/21/10 – American Claims Management, Inc. (ACM) announces a new business relationship with Zurich North America Commercial’s Programs business (ZURICH).
Effective December 1, 2010, ACM will commence handling all California Workers’ Compensation claims from policies written though Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. with a policy inception date of 12/1/10 or later.
San Diego, CA, 12/20/10 – American Claims Management, Inc. (ACM) announced a new business relationship with Zurich American Insurance Group (Zurich). Effective December 1, 2010, ACM began handling workers’ compensation claims throughout California on behalf of Zurich.
ACM will be handling all aspects of Zurich’s workers’ compensation claims, which includes a special investigations unit (SIU), managed care, subrogation and contribution, as well as regulatory reporting. “Our highly experienced workers’ compensation team of professionals provides superior service and exceptional results in managing claims aggressively and efficiently and we look forward to our new relationship with Zurich,” said Scott Marshall, president of ACM.
