U.S. Risk Pros Launches an Enhanced Professional Liability Program for Architects and Engineers, Construction Managers, and Design/Build Contractors
Dallas, TX – June 9, 2014 – U.S. Risk Insurance Group, Inc., the eighth largest managing general agency and surplus lines wholesaler in the nation, announced that U.S. Risk Pros, the Professional Liability division of U.S. Risk Underwriters has launched an enhanced A&E program to be underwritten by certain underwriters at Lloyd’s (“A” rated by A.M. Best).
This exclusive national program includes the ability to write both Primary and Excess Limit options for an expanded number of classes with competitive rates in all 50 states. These classes include, but are not limited to, residential and commercial design/build, construction managers, residential and commercial architects, and structural engineers. The program offers more competitive limits and deductible options on a broadened coverage form. The new industry leading policy form includes Professional Liability, Contractor’s Pollution Liability, Technology E&O, Technology Projects, Computer Network Security, and Multimedia & Advertising Liability insurance. The binding facility will allow for flexible underwriting and the ability to consider most classes and project types.
