Timothy Allen Joins American Claims Management Team
San Diego, CA, March 4, 2015 – National third party administrator, American Claims
Management Inc. (ACM) announced that Timothy O. Allen joined its team as the vice
president of property claims in January 2015.
Allen brings more than 20 years of multi-line claims experience to the position having
previously worked in a variety of claims leadership roles for The Travelers Companies.
ACM has experienced rapid growth in recent years and Allen’s background in quality
claims services backed by efficient operations will be invaluable as the company
continues to expand.
While Allen was not actively seeking a new opportunity, he was drawn by ACM’s strong
reputation and knew his background would be a great fit for the personalized service
and proactive strategies for which the firm has become known.
“I’m excited about this opportunity because ACM represents the best aspects of a
large company with the agility of a small business. In my short time here, we have
already made workflow changes and business decisions that might have taken months
to accomplish at other organizations,” Allen said.
ACM President of Commercial Liability, Dhara Patel agreed, saying. “Tim has already
made quite an impact, implementing efficiencies that will create better results for our
clients. His unwavering focus on service will enable us to continue in our mission to
provide extraordinary client experiences.”
