How Self(ie)™ works
Once the adjuster sets up the claim assignment and selects Self(ie)™as the method of vehicle inspection, a secure web link is sent to the customer. This connects the customer to an intuitive interface where he or she is walked through how to take a series of photos documenting the damage to their vehicle. Using this self-service option, the job of taking photos can be done solo, in the customer’s own driveway, without any outside visitors. ACD, in conjunction with the assigned adjuster, uses these photos to manage the claim and complete the estimate.

With Self(ie)™ there’s no app downloading necessary – the customer receives the web link they need to start the photo documentation.
