GE’s Employers Reinsurance Corp. Names Royals Global Quality Leader
GE’s Employers Reinsurance Corporation has named Robin Royals Global Quality leader.
Royals will be responsible for leading the company’s Six Sigma quality
initiative to improve processes and customer service. Royals joined GE ERC in Jan. 2001 to create and lead a new Customer Fulfillment organization.
He and his team reportedly made significant improvements on a number of GE ERC’s customer-facing processes such as reducing policy issuance cycle time and building a customer service center for the company’s medical malpractice division.
Prior to joining ERC, Royals held financial and business analyst positions with GE Capital Corporate in Stamford, Conn.
