Companies to Announce Largest No-Fault Fraud Lawsuit in N.Y. History
On Wednesday, Dec. 3, Allstate Insurance Company, Encompass Insurance, and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company will announce details of the reported largest insurance fraud lawsuit in New York State history at a press conference being held at the Trinity Centre, beginning at 10 a.m.
The lawsuit reportedly names 74 defendants and seeks to recover more than $100 million in damages as a result of more than 3,000 no-fault auto insurance claims.
