ESIS Appoints Patterson to Exec. VP Post

ESIS Inc., the risk management services arm of ACE USA, announced the appointment of David Patterson as executive vice president, Claims and Account Management.

Based in Philadelphia, Patterson will be responsible for leading the network of claims centers including field operations throughout the U.S. and for all claims technical matters including ensuring consistency of claims customer service and procedures.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance arena, Patterson joins ESIS from Kemper National Services Inc. in Plantation, Fla., where he served in a variety of regional and home office senior leadership roles in claims, systems and operations, culminating with his appointment as president & CEO from 1994 to November 2003.
