Vertical Claims Management Grows Relationship with Visibillity; Multi-Year Extension Completed
Visibillity Inc., a collaborative litigation management solution provider for the insurance industry, announced that Pennsylvania-based claims management company, Vertical Claims Management LLC (VCM) has signed a multi-year contract extension to handle its growing business.
A Visibillity client since 2003, VCM partners with hospitals and other healthcare professionals in the alternative insurance market to design and implement claims, litigation and information management programs.
“Our clients are healthcare providers who often come to us because they are too limited by claims management options that are not customizable and often ill-fitted to the unique needs of their hospital program,” noted Clare Bello, co-founder, president and CEO of VCM. “The unique combination of the Visibillity solution and our Vertical Advantage Program which carries the exclusive endorsement of the American Hospital Association has fueled the rapid growth of our business and has enabled us to design, implement and customize the program to each client’s specific needs.”
Added Visibillity CEO, Faiz Ahmed, “We thank VCM for their continued and expanded commitment to Visibillity and our solution. We are gratified that this partnership has been a catalyst for the adoption of aggressive and cost-effective litigation and claims management by the healthcare professionals that VCM serves. This expansion demonstrates the growing demand for flexible and customizable solutions for claims management companies, especially those that manage complex claims such as medical malpractice.”
