Flood Watches Posted for Most of N.H.
Rain moving into New Hampshire is dampening the fire danger but raising the threat of flooding.
The National Weather Service has posted flood watches through Wednesday morning all counties except Hillsborough and Cheshire.
One to three inches of rain is expected from a slow moving storm. Snow melt has already filled many major rivers, which are the primary concern.
