NFL Star Brady Declines Comment on $1M Lawsuit
New England Patriots star Quarterback Tom Brady isn’t commenting about a lawsuit against him and his Brazilian supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen.
Two photographers sued Brady and Bundchen for $1 million on Tuesday, saying they were shot at during a post-wedding party in Costa Rica in April.
Asked at his New England Patriots locker Wednesday if he had any comment on the lawsuit, Brady smiled and said, “No. I got no reaction to that one.”
In the lawsuit, Yuri Cortez of AFP and Rolando Aviles of Costa Rican national daily newspaper Al Dia allege that Bundchen’s bodyguards narrowly missed their heads when they shot at their car after they refused to give up their cameras and memory cards.
The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan.
No one was struck by the bullets.
