None Hurt in Explosion at New Jersey Training Facility
Fire officials are trying to determine the cause of an explosion that damaged the roof of a building at a state-run training center for the handicapped in southern New Jersey.
Officials say the explosion happened shortly after 10 a.m. Monday in a vacant laundry room at the Woodbine Developmental Center in Woodbine, about 20 miles southwest of Atlantic City.
No one was injured.
Department of Human Services spokeswoman Ellen Lovejoy said the state Division of Fire Safety is investigating.
