Record 39 GAB Robins UK Staff Awarded CILA Qualifications in 2013
A record 39 GAB Robins UK employees have been awarded Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) qualifications in 2013, the highest number ever achieved in a single year by the Chartered Loss Adjuster.
The qualifications awarded include three of the highest level ACILA accreditations. An additional 62 members of staff are currently working towards their CILA qualifications. Of these, eight are progressing through the accreditation for chartered status process and are on track to become Chartered Loss Adjusters (ACILA) in 2014.
In addition, 16 members of staff were awarded Institute of Leadership & Management Passes in Leadership Essentials and Excellence in Management level over the last 12 months.
Jo Spreckley, Learning & Development Manager at GAB Robins, said: “It is essential that our staff undertake industry focused training and qualifications in order to develop their claims handling skills, market knowledge and management techniques throughout their career.
