ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a Minneapolis-based damaged vehicle repair company, announced the opening of their 27th repair center in metro Minneapolis. The facility, located at 15129 Foliage Avenue in Apple Valley, will increase the number of ABRA repair centers to 78 in 10 states.
According to Tim Adelmann, ABRA’s COO, “ABRA built this repair center to meet the growing needs of our insurance partners and vehicle owners as the metro continues to expand. ABRA’s long-term plan has always been to make it convenient for the consumers in Minneapolis-St. Paul to get to a state-of-the-art ABRA repair center no matter where they happen to live or work. The addition of a repair center in Apple Valley will help us better serve the southern metro area.”
This fully air conditioned prototype center will consist of 18,000 square feet and will utilize state-of-the art collision repair equipment, including a Blackhawk KJ Full Frame Rack, a Shark Ultrasonic Frame Measuring System, and a USI Master Downdraft Paint Booth.
“The repair center is conveniently located close to the intersection of County Road 42 and Foliage Avenue, and will be easily accessible to our customers in that area”, Bill Prince, vice president ABRA-Minnesota, said. “Along with collision repair, the Apple Valley repair center will also offer paintless dent removal and auto glass repair and replacement.”
ABRA will initially be staffing the repair center with a general manager, a customer service manager/estimator, and body, paint and quality support technicians.
