QCSA Opens Second Chicago-Area Facility
QCSA Auto Auctions announced the opening of its new state-of-the-art 28-acre salvage auto auction and processing facility in Harvey, Illinois, just south of Chicago.
Strategically located less than a mile from I-80, the property includes ample office space as well as indoor appraisal and auction areas. In keeping with QCSA’s emphasis on advanced salvage remarketing concepts, the facility also features salvage dismantling and processing capabilities.
“This facility is perfectly suited for our future needs and the future needs of our customers,” stated Jerry Sullivan, executive vice president. “Not only does it provide us a much broader footprint in the Chicago market, it also allows us to launch several new salvage recovery initiatives.”
The new facility is the fifth the company operates in the upper Midwest. QCSA Auto Auctions is a privately owned corporation headquartered in Eldridge, Iowa, with additional auction branches in Madison, Wisconsin, and Springfield and Aurora, Illinois. The company offers both live onsite and simulcast auctions online from its Web site.
