Oil Patch Trucks Being Inspected in North Dakota
Highway Patrol officers this week are conducting wide-scale truck inspections in northwest North Dakota and northeast Montana.
Truck traffic has increased dramatically in the region because of booming oil activity. Officers are conducting safety inspections on commercial vehicles and drivers, and also checking for compliance with size and weight laws.
