Farmers Responding to Deadly Tornadoes
Farmers Insurance reports it is responding to its customers’ needs in Missouri, Kansas, Tennessee and Arkansas following the tornadoes and severe storms that hit those states Sunday.
“Farmers catastrophe claims response went into high gear immediately on Sunday,” said Jeffrey Beyer, Farmers’ chief communications officer. “Claims employees from around the country have been sent to the area to serve our catastrophe team and began meeting affected customers Sunday evening. Local Farmers employees and agents have been volunteering in the hardest hit areas.”
To date, the storms reportedly have killed 32 people.
