Preferred Medical Claim Solutions, MultiPlan Note Partnership

Preferred Medical Claim Solutions (www.pmcsaz.com) and MultiPlan, Inc., (www.multiplan.com) have finalized a multi-faceted business-to-business partnership that is reportedly immediately beneficial for clients of PMCS and MPI.

Effective immediately, PMCS will have access to the complete provider network of MPI on behalf of PMCS clients enrolled into PMCS’ Advance Funded Provider programs. At the same time, MPI clients will now have access to the providers associated with PMCS in addition to the utilization of the electronic data interchange (“EDI”) developed by PMCS that transmits out-of-network claims directly to PMCS for negotiations.

Al Szabo, senior vice president stated, “MPI is very excited about the possibilities PMCS provides for their clients to utilize the EDI connectivity offered by PMCS. Prior to the PMCS EDI connectivity, clients of MPI forwarded their provider claims via mail, faxing or through our on-line claim submittal systems or through direct EDI connectivity with MPI or other EDI vendors. This new relationship will allow PMCS clients to relay claims to both PMCS and MPI without having to manage multiple EDI relationships.
