ClaimForce Appoints Burnam as VP for Strategic Development
ClaimForce, an online intelligent service procurement and business process management company for the insurance claims industry, has named Mark Burnam vice president of Strategic Development.
Burnam’s primary responsibility is to oversee product development and system integration of the ClaimForce product suite connecting insurers to their selected service supply chain partners, reducing interaction costs, speeding up claims processes and promoting customer and user satisfaction.
Burnam previously held the position of Claim Technology & Business Practices director for Kemper Auto & Home Group a division of Unitrin Services Inc. His duties included defining and overseeing strategic initiatives for claim processing and results improvement.
