One Call Partners With Acrometis to Eliminate Workers’ Comp Claims Leakage
One Call Medical (OCM), a company specializing in cost-effective claims resolution services, has joined the Alliance Partner Program of Acrometis, an automated claims processing platform provider.
Acrometis’ Alliance Partner network targets the complex challenges of workers’ compensation companies as they become more automated. Payers have a critical need to contain medical spend, reduce costs and exchange files seamlessly with internal systems, managed care and bill review partners. To that end, clients are seeking more tightly integrated systems, workflows and business processes as a way to meet faster time frames, improve outcomes and reduce operating costs over the lifecycle of a claim.
“One Call’s clients want to have more powerful and integrated systems, workflows and processes,” said Bob Zeccardi, president One Call Medical Specialty Programs Group. “Existing and prospective clients can now receive need-for-service alerts and automatic referrals, through One Call’s very tight integration with CLAIMExpert. The system also identifies and routes Utilization Review determinations so they are scheduled with an OCM-contracted provider and eliminates leakage by identifying and routing bills appropriately all within CLAIMExpert.”
