Fireman’s Fund Announces New Short Term Event Program
Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company launched Short Term Event Program (STEP), providing protection for smaller special events.
The entertainment division at Fireman’s Fund is partnering with R.V. Nuccio & Associates, Inc., an agency that specializes in insuring special events, to offer STEP. This web-based solution provides affordable liability coverage, typically required by venues, for a wide range of private and public special events.
From concerts in the park to auctions, wine tastings to sports tournaments, STEP can ensure that events are protected from a wide range of liability claims. Policyholders can build coverage from the following options:
- General liability
- Commercial hired and non-owned auto liability
- Third-party property damage (with deductible)
- Collapse of a temporary structure
- Fire damages
- Host liquor liability
- Commercial liquor liability
- Medical payments
“Our affordable insurance solution protects a private or public event from the unexpected, while also providing the liability coverage that is often required by rental facilities,” said Lauren Bailey, vice president of entertainment at Fireman’s Fund. “The STEP policy can be tailored to fit the needs, occasion and budget of most special events and it’s easy to obtain coverage online.”
To find out more about STEP or to obtain coverage, visit www.specialeventinsurance.com. Both agents and consumers can immediately quote, bind and print policy documentation from the website.
