Court Named President of First American Property and Casualty Insurance Group

First American Property and Casualty Insurance Group named James J. Court president of the company, effective June 23, 2014.

Court is based in the company’s office located in Santa Ana, Calif.

Court served as senior vice president and chief operating officer of First American Property and Casualty Insurance Group since 2007 and has been with the company since 1999. He has been closely involved in the development and execution of the company’s operational strategy and information technology initiatives.

Dirk McNamee will assume the role of vice chairman of First American Property and Casualty Insurance Group.
