Selective Insurance Announces Officer Appointments
Selective Insurance Group announced the following appointments by its subsidiary, Selective Insurance Company of America.
Shadi Albert was appointed to vice president, Commercial Lines Underwriting.
Albert joined Selective in April 2013 as assistant vice president, Reinsurance. Prior to that, he served as assistant vice president at Towers Watson. He holds designations as a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, an Associate in Reinsurance and an Associate in Risk Management.
John Anthony was appointed to vice president, regional manager.
Anthony joined Selective in January 2012 as an underwriting manager. His prior experience was as an underwriter with Wellington Specialty Insurance Company. He is a member of the National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices, Ltd. and the American Association of Managing Agents.
Nicholas Godellas was appointed to assistant vice president, Workers Compensation.
Godellas joined Selective in January 2015 after serving as assistant vice president, strategic partnerships at Paladin Managed Care Services. He holds an Associate in Claims designation from The Institutes.
