AI Is a Focus at Insurance Educators Event
The insurance industry is implementing AI in all areas, from underwriting to claims, from catastrophe modeling to itemization of contents. When AI takes on some or all parts of a process where does that leave underwriters, call centers – and importantly, adjusters?
Many say it leaves them free to handle complex losses and be there for the parts of risk evaluation or claim that require empathy and tact, but how can employees by upskilled and trained to be ready for these new challenges?
An insurance educators event looks to answer some of those questions. The event, the SITE Conference in Austin, Texas, on Nov. 18 and 19, will cover better and more focused training, where insurance trainers go to be better equipped. The annual conference consists of training sessions, a keynote speaker and networking. SITE members can also earn the Insurance Training Professional designation.
