TDI Posts Case Dispositions for September
The Texas Department of Insurance Fraud unit reported disposition of the following fraud-related cases for September 2003:
· Ricky Lee Bryant was sentenced in Dallas to five years deferred adjudication and 200 hours community service, was fined $500.00 and was ordered to pay $1,967.00 in restitution for Insurance Fraud, a Third Degree Felony.
· Christopher Durrell Frederick was sentenced in Fort Worth to five years deferred adjudication, 240 hours community service, and was ordered to pay $2,348.43 in restitution for Arson, a Second Degree Felony.
· Ronald Fregia, Jr. was sentenced in Austin to 60 months deferred adjudication and 160 hours community service, was fined $500.00 and was ordered to pay $28,584.56 in restitution for Theft, a Third Degree Felony.
· David Glenn Johnson was sentenced in Dallas to five years deferred adjudication, was fined $1,500.00 and was ordered to pay $2,500.00 in restitution for Insurance Fraud, a State Jail Felony.
· Andrew Laymond was sentenced in Dallas to two years deferred adjudication and was fined $2,000.00 for Insurance Fraud, a Third Degree Felony.
· Marsha Lierly was sentenced in Dallas to ten years deferred adjudication, was fined $2,000.00 and was ordered to pay $44,656.93 in restitution for Insurance Fraud, a Third Degree Felony.
· Jimmy Menifee was sentenced in Dallas to four years deferred adjudication and was fined $1,500.00 for Insurance Fraud, a State Jail Felony.
· Mark Anthony Turner was sentenced in Dallas to two years deferred adjudication and was fined $750.00 for Insurance Fraud, a Class A misdemeanor.
· Craig Anthony Vallier was sentenced in Houston to six months confinement for Insurance Fraud, a State Jail Felony.
· Billy Warren was sentenced in McKinney to two years deferred adjudication and was ordered to pay $3,078.00 in restitution for Theft, a State Jail Felony.
· Farhan Muhammad Webb was sentenced in Dallas to two years deferred adjudication and was fined $8,000.00 for Insurance Fraud, a State Jail Felony.
· Harvey Gen Windham was sentenced in Houston to six months confinement for Insurance Fraud, a State Jail Felony.
