TWCC, IWCF to Hold 14th Annual Texas Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference
The Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission and the International Workers’ Compensation Foundation Inc. are the sponsors of the 14th Annual Texas Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference. The conference will be held in Austin August 18-20, 2004, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Town Lake.
The conference begins Wednesday at 10 a.m. with a general session in the morning and breakout sessions in the afternoon. Thursday’s breakout sessions begin at 8 a.m. and last all day. Friday’s general session adjourns at noon.
General session and breakout session topics for the conference will reflect changes in the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act, Commission rules and policies, anticipated issues, and a general overview of the basics of the workers’ compensation system.
The number of participants that may be accommodated is limited. When the space limitations are met, registrations may have to be returned. Early registration is advised in order to guarantee your conference registration.
Conference Registration Fees (does not include hotel accommodations):
· $300 Earlybird registration before July 13
· $325 Registration before July 27
· $375 Late registration after July 27, if available
· Credit cards are not accepted for payment.
· Online conference registration is not available.
