Arkansas Attorney General Sues Roofing Company
Attorney General Dustin McDaniel filed suit Tuesday against Razorfast Roofing, previously known as Razorback Roofing, and its owner Shawn Redmond.
The company’s phone number was disconnected and no listing could be found for Redmond.
McDaniel says the company used aggressive tactics to line up contracts to fix roofs of storm-damaged homes in northwest Arkansas. McDaniel says the company either unreasonably delayed doing the work or simply didn’t make the repairs.
The suit seeks civil penalties against the company and restitution for its customers.
