Silliman Named to Faculty of N.C. Mold Seminar
Disaster Kleenup International, Inc., a network of independent property damage restoration contractors, announced that Chris Silliman, president of First Restoration Services in Fletcher, N.C., was one of three faculty members at Solving Water Intrusion and Mold Problems in North Carolina, a continuing education seminar sponsored by Lorman Education Services.
Silliman joined industry experts Arthur Martin, a consultant specializing in IAQ issues, and Keith Coltrain, an associate with Elmore and Wall, P.A. Together, the three presented various perspectives regarding one of the industry’s most pressing issues: mold. Silliman brought his 16 years of restoration industry experience to specifically address the consequences of improperly dried structures. His experience in structural water damage restoration includes work on four major hurricanes and three major floods across the country.
First Restoration Services has provided insurance restoration services in the greater Asheville area and the state of North Carolina since 1987 and has been a part of the DKI network since 1995.
