Fla. Condo Fire Determined to Be Arson
A reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the individuals responsible for a fire at the Sea Spray Condominiums in Cape Coral, Fla.
Arson investigators with the State Fire Marshal’s Office reportedly determined the fire was intentionally set in an attempt to cover up a burglary to the garages and vehicles inside. Damage to vehicles and the building, located at 1333 S.E. 40 Terrace, was estimated at $150,000.
No residents were injured, but a firefighter with the Cape Coral Fire Department suffered a broken arm.
