Florida Farm Bureau Chooses ImageRight for Paperless Claims File Capability
ImageRight announced that Florida Farm Bureau General Insurance Company has purchased ImageRight’s insurance-focused Document Management and criteria-based Workflow solution to support their claims operations.
“Florida Farm Bureau Insurance companies had been looking into imaging enabling its operations for several years,” said Matt Packham, vice president, Information Systems for Florida Farm Bureau. “There was an expressed desire by our Claims department management to continue reducing paper in their environment and ultimately provide a paperless claims file capability. ImageRight quickly became the front-runner on our vendor list for several reasons. Their system had been developed for and was marketed exclusively to insurance companies. The response time performance of the system was demonstrated to be superior to competitor systems when paging through large files.”
“We are excited about the success that Florida Farm Bureau is experiencing with the ImageRight system. They went through a very strong ‘due diligence’ process, and we are proud to be able to say they chose ImageRight for their solution, ” said Don Elias, president of ImageRight.
Specifically designed for the insurance industry, ImageRight (www.imageright.com) has several implementation models to choose from, depending on the insurance organization’s size, the complexity of workflows and the procedures the organization are most accustomed to using internally.
