Snashall to Deliver Keynote Address at Ga. State Board of Workers’ Comp Conference
Robert Snashall, founder and principal of Snashall Associates, will deliver a keynote address at the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference and Seminar being held Aug. 29 – Sept. 1, at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel in Atlanta.
In his keynote address, Snashall will highlight various challenges and considerations which workers’ comp participants and administrators are confronting more regularly in today’s ever-changing workers’ comp environment.
“We are very pleased to have this accomplished professional, who has such depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in the workers’ compensation arena, as a key participant in this year’s conference,” Carolyn Hall, chairperson of the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation, said.
Established in 1920 by the Georgia legislature, the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation serves more than a quarter of a million employers across the state and more than 3.8 million workers.
The Board also provides seminars for those who are involved in the field of workers’ comp. This year, as in the past, the annual Educational Conference will offer an extensive agenda, drawing experts from around the country who will address pertinent workers’ comp topics in various workshops, including legal issues, claims, issues, medical issues and ethics.
Snashall Associates is a professional services firm specializing in workers’ comp consulting which was formed by Robert Snashall after he had completed eight years as chairman of the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board.
