Crawford & Co. Gets Subpoena from N.Y. AG
Atlanta-based Crawford & Company reported that it received a subpoena on Thursday from the State of New York, Office of the Attorney General, Eliot Spitzer requesting information of the company in connection with an investigation the NYAG is conducting.
The subpoena seeks various documents related to the operations of the company, which is an independent provider of claims management solutions to insurance companies and self-insured entities.
