Gabor Unveils Program for Neighborhood Restaurants in Florida
Gabor Insurance Services Inc., the Miami based managing general agency, announced a new program, exclusively aimed at small restaurants.
Coverage includes property on contents, improvements and betterments and business income including windstorm. No building coverage is offered. The package also includes general liability, liquor liability and umbrella coverage. Coverage is available only for neighborhood type restaurants with less than 30 percent liquor sales.
The policies include theft and limited food spoilage coverage. There is no assault and battery exclusion on the general liability.
This new program is offered through an A+ IX rated Surplus Lines carrier. Coverage will be written throughout southeast Florida plus a select number of other counties. Gabor Insurance Services, Inc. writes only through contracted retail agencies.
