Rankin Claim Services Promotes Grist to Director of Claims

Rankin Claim Services of Charlotte, N.C., has announced that Suzette Grist has been promoted to director of claims. She will oversee RCS’s claim operations based in Charlotte, which includes providing ongoing work flow management, trend identification, and assisting with new business efforts.

Grist has 15 years of claim experience with several major industry leaders such as Allianz Global, Liberty Mutual, Royal and Sun Alliance and Cigna Property & Casualty. She will use her management, training and leadership skills to oversee the continued growth of RCS’s claims operations.

RCS provides adjusting services for insurance carriers, claim administrators, managing general agencies and self-insured entities throughout the Southeast. The Rankin family has worked in the claims industry since 1946.
