Another Georgia Beauty Store Hit by Thieves
There’s been another break-in at a metro Atlanta, Georgia, beauty supply store, with expensive hair weaves as the apparent target.
The burglary on Tuesday was near downtown Atlanta, at a shop that opened just a few weeks ago.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports store owner Travis Tipton says the burglars somehow missed the popular Remy hair weaves and got away with only a small amount of merchandise, plus the store’s cash register.
Hair weaves worth more than $100,000 were stolen during a burglary at a beauty supply store in Morrow last month.
In August, hair weave thieves broke into at least three metro beauty supply stores in a 10-day period.
