Possible Tornado Touches Down in South Florida
Plantation Fire Battalion Chief Joel Gordon said Wednesday that the debris trail has “all the classic signs” of a tornado.
Gordon says the storm hit late Tuesday, twisting trees, tossing cars and damaging about two dozen homes. He says several trailers were destroyed and several homes lost roofs.
No serious injuries were reported.
It’s been raining in South Florida since the weekend.
