Security First Announces Promotions Roles Amid Growth
Florida-based homeowners insurance provider, Security First Insurance Company, now serves more than 145,000 policyholders—up 35% from 2010.
As a result of business growth, the company has expanded roles of two executives. Kathryn Rodier has been promoted to director of call center operations and Kathy Wood has been promoted to controller.
Rodier, a 19-year insurance veteran, will be responsible for ongoing team training, development and management. She will continue to work closely with the call center team to maintain the company’s high-level service standard.
Wood, a certified public accountant, has more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry. She is responsible for managing the company’s financial reporting, investments, auditing and accounting employees. Wood reports directly to Chief Financial Officer Clive Becker-Jones.
