Youth Charged With Arson in 3 Kentucky House Fires
Police in Paducah, Ky., have charged a youth with arson in three house fires.
Authorities released little information about the suspect, according to The Paducah Sun.
In a news release, police spokeswoman Robin Newberry stated fires in two abandoned houses and one that was unoccupied because it was being renovated are believed to have been deliberately set. All of them burned within a week.
Authorities said the abandoned homes had no electricity running to them, a fact that often indicates a fire was deliberately started.
No injuries were reported in the fires.
