Lightning Injures Woman at Florida’s SeaWorld
A 24-year-old woman was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center after being shocked by lightning while visiting SeaWorld Orlando.
Orange County Fire Rescue spokesman John Mulhall told the Orlando Sentinel the woman was indirectly hit by the lightning bolt around 5 p.m. Monday.
Mulhall says the woman was conscious and alert on the way to the hospital.
Authorities did not release the woman’s name.
No further details were immediately available.
