DriveCam Video Systems Names Fisch Director of Engineering
San Diego-based DriveCam Video Systems, a developer of fleet safety technology, announced the appointment of Greg Fisch as director of engineering. Fisch will be responsible for the company’s research and development efforts in fleet safety technology that improves driving behavior and lowers operating costs for commercial fleets.
Fisch will oversee both hardware and software development projects, determine the direction of new development efforts and research new technologies and methodologies to streamline the product development cycle. He comes to DriveCam from Enhanced Simulation Technologies, a provider of flight simulators for pilot training, where he was president and chief technology officer.
“DriveCam’s fleet safety technology holds the promise of driving down insurance costs while making the roads safer for everyone,” said Fisch. “I am looking forward to working with DriveCam’s experienced team and leveraging the company’s safety technology to enhance the positive impact for fleets and their insurers.”
Fisch has more than 20 years of management and development experience at several companies.
