New Mountain Capital Adds Castle Inspection Service, Affiliates; Operates as Personal Lines Division for OSI

Castle Inspection Service, The Rapid Survey Group and Castle Data Services, all divisions of ITV Solutions, announced their recent merger with Overland Solutions (OSI). The Castle companies were acquired Dec. 1, 2004 by New Mountain Capital’s portfolio company Overland Solutions Inc. and will be operating as the personal lines division of OSI.

This spells better time service, enhanced inspection reports and advanced automated systems for our clients.”

Castle Inspection Service provides high value dwelling and standard exterior surveys to the insurance industry. Castle’s data services division provides inflation factors and an online replacement cost estimator which uses Castle’s proprietary replacement cost data.

Castle’s corporate office will remain a separate entity located in Salt Lake City, Utah. There will reportedly be no cutbacks or relocations of Castle’s employees as a result of this merger.
