Custom Restoration Hires Pair of Employees

Disaster Kleenup International Inc., a network of quality, independent property damage restoration contractors, announced that Custom Restoration Inc., a DKI member company located in Fairfield, California, hired two new members for their management team: Jeffrey Swenson and James Lloyd.

Swenson, a 30-year construction and restoration industry veteran, was hired as the company’s new production manager. Swenson has built or supervised millions of dollars of commercial and residential construction and remodeling projects throughout the local area since starting at his family’s construction business in his teens.

Lloyd will serve as the company’s senior estimator handling reconstruction/remodeling, fire, water and biohazard damage jobs. Lloyd most recently worked as an estimator/project manager handling water, fire, smoke and mold damage projects for the area’s largest company. Lloyd is certified as a mold remediator and Xactimate user and has worked his way up through the ranks from carpet cleaning and restoration technician to his present position.
