Solera Holdings Names Mendenhall Chief Financial Officer

San Diego-based Solera Holdings Inc., a provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims processing industry, has hired Dudley W. Mendenhall to become its chief financial officer, effective on or about March 30, 2009.

Since August 2007, Mendenhall has been the CFO of Websense Inc. Prior to his role at Websense Inc., he was senior vice president and CFO of K2 Inc., a publicly-traded, international sporting equipment manufacturer. Other prior experience includes serving as managing director of the corporate fnance group at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC and managing director and group head of the Entertainment & Media Group at Banc of America Securities.
