Authorities ID Utah Man Who Died After Taser Incident
The Washington County, Utah, sheriff’s office has identified the Arizona man who died after being stung with a Taser by police.
Authorities said 32-year-old Brian L. Cardall of Flagstaff died at Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George. A Hurricane police officer used a Taser to subdue Cardall on state Route 59. A type of stun gun, a Taser shoots a probe that delivers an electric shock.
Police say Cardall was agitated and could not be calmed down. His wife had called 911 seeking assistance.

Adams says a task force is reviewing recorded 911 calls and a digital audio recording made by a police officer at the scene.
