According to the final order signed by Director Bill Deal, Bowman must immediately cease doing insurance business in Idaho and return his resident producer’s license to the Department immediately.
Bowman had been charged with misrepresentation, dishonest practices and three counts of forgery. He previously denied any wrongdoing and later admitted to one count of forgery in an insurance-related transaction
