OnPoint Underwriting Announces Paul Boehm as Senior VP of Tribal Program

Denver, CO, March 9, 2015– OnPoint Underwriting recently announced Paul Boehm has been appointed as senior vice president of its Program for Sovereign Indian Nations. OnPoint Underwriting has been a trusted insurance expert for the sovereign Indian nations since 1987 and is looking forward to growing its team with Boehm’s experience.

Boehm will initially focus on familiarizing himself with OnPoint Underwriting’s producers and carriers for the tribal program. “Having worked in the insurance industry for nearly three decades, I understand the importance of building relationships with the clients we work with,” said Boehm. “That’s my number one priority right out of the gate to make sure I keep OnPoint’s personalized service as its highest priority.”

Assuming the leadership role for underwriting, loss control and producer management, Boehm will work closely with OnPoint Underwriting’s Program for Sovereign Indian Nations team to ensure client services remain the very best in the industry. He will also be responsible for innovation of new tribal insurance products to ensure OnPoint adequately serves and protects the needs of all the Indian Tribes in the lower 48 states. “With over 25 years of senior management insurance industry experience, he has honed his professional responsibilities in leading high performing teams to provide best in class service to producers and policyholders,” Marshall said.

Previous positions for Boehm include president of a $150 million written premium independent insurance agency at CoBiz Insurance / CoBiz Financial in Denver and regional underwriting and marketing director for St. Paul / USF&G insurance companies. Boehm has sat on multiple industry boards, including Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Colorado, MarshBerry Agency Council and Hartford Agency Council.
