Classic Cars Destroyed in Maryland Fire
Authorities say a fire in a pole building in Mount Savage, Maryland destroyed the structure and several classic cars, causing about $400,000 in damage.
It happened around 4:30 a.m. Sunday. About 40 volunteer firefighters from nine stations in two states battled the blaze for 45 minutes before bringing it under control.
The Maryland State Fire Marshal says the building was used to restore and repair classic cars, including Corvettes.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
