Molotov Cocktail Starts Minor Fire in New York Suburb
An arson investigation is under way on Long Island after authorities say a Molotov cocktail was thrown through the front plate glass window of a Freeport home.
The fire early Wednesday was extinguished quickly and no injuries were reported. Nassau County police say the device set fire to the living room and caused moderate damage.
A 75-year-old woman was rescued from the home.
