Fargo Man Sentenced for Construction Site Thefts
The second of two Farog, N.D. men charged with burglarizing home construction sites has been sentenced to three years in prison.
The Forum newspaper reports that 34-year-old Jeremy Tibiatowski pleaded guilty to 23 felony counts of criminal conspiracy, as well as one felony count of possession of stolen property. He will be on probation for five years following his prison term.
Prosecutors say Tibiatowski and 35-five-year-old Jason Leines stole equipment worth more than $10,000, mostly from home construction sites in the Fargo region.
Leines was sentenced in October to five years in prison and five years of probation.
